Can not be changed at will

In the process of tightening and dismounting the bolts of excavator accessories, the specified bolt torque requirements for many areas of components such as gearboxes, cylinders, hubs, connecting rods and front axles have special instructions for the tightening torque and cannot be changed at will. However, many users mistakenly believe that tightening is safer, but that tightening too much can cause the screw or bolt to break, or possibly due to thread slippage.

Tire pressure too high

The inflation pressure of tire excavator accessories is an important factor in determining the service life and working efficiency of tires. Tire pressure that is too high or too low will affect its service life, but it is also not conducive to safe driving, especially in hot summer. Inflation levels should be based on standard tire pressures, which can be adjusted slightly for temperature changes.

For example, the summer should be 5% – 7% lower than the winter, because the high temperature in summer heats up the gas and the pressure increases, on the contrary, the standard pressure must be reached or slightly lower in winter. Add cold water to the boiling water tank immediately: The engine is overloaded, the heat is not good or the water in the water tank will cause the boiling water tank, if you add cold water immediately, it will cause the cylinder head and cylinder block to crack. Therefore, once the boiling water tank is found, emergency measures should be taken to stop the operation and cool down the cooling water of the diesel engine.

Avoid adding oil without changing

Engine oil is essential in the use of diesel engines, mainly for lubrication, cooling, cleaning and other functions. Therefore, many drivers will pay attention to check the oil quantity and increase it through the standard, but ignore the quality inspection of the lubricating oil, which will worsen the change of the oil, causing some engine moving parts to always run in a poorly lubricated environment, thereby accelerating the wear of the parts.

Generally, the oil loss is small, but it is easy to pollute and loses the function of protecting the diesel engine.

During the operation of a diesel engine, many pollutants (incomplete combustion of fuel, soot and carbon deposits and dirt) will enter the oil. For new machines or repaired machines, there will be more impurities after trial operation. If it does not change, they are eager to put it into use, which can easily lead to accidents such as burning tiles and axles. In addition, even if the oil is changed, some drivers lack maintenance experience or are easy to save, and the oil pipe will not be completely cleaned when changing, so mechanical impurities remain in the oil pan ring.
