Guitar: I have a Squier Strat with all stock parts other than the strings which are 11 gauge slinkys. Its alright for now but i plan on getting somthing a little nicer soon in the future. I also have a Takamine G-Series Acoustic-Electric that plays really nice.

Amp: I still have my starter amp that came with the package but i've been looking at the Line 6 Spider 3's which seem really nice. That or a good half stack for a decent price.

Effects: I used to have an Boss MT-2 but i let my friend borrow that. Now i have the Boss ME-50 which is great cause you can get any sound you want. The problem with it is that its not very good for live events.

Guitars: Too many, i primarily use a Gibson Flying V, PRS Santana SE (the lower end ones), or a Fender deluxe series super strat, but i also have an ESP 7 string, a takamine electric acoustic, and there is a shitty montana sittin around

Amps: My main amp is a Traynor YCV80, but for practice i use either my dean markley (don't even know what kind it is) or my fender frontman 25r

Effects: Don't really use too many, have had a lot over time and gotten rid of most of them, i occasionally use a boss ds-1 for boost at shows if i need it, everyone has to have a floor tuner if they play live, i have a morely wah, and a boss flanger... for just fun toys though, everyone should get a pandora, those things are amazing, also tascam cd-trainers are really fun

guitar:i was playing a first act ME537(cheep but i got some pretty good sound out of it, seemed like the sound of a gibson)
but now i use a fender strat from the 90's awesome sound except the pickup selector is a bit messed up, ut its managable.

amp:the amp i use is a small 20W practice amp by marshall, looking at its about...16x14 maybe.

effects:and the effects i use are none. unless turn down the volume knob to between 1 and 2 to get a cruchy sound is an effect

I play exclusively acoustics.
tried electric, just not my thing.
Now I play my (rather cheap but very nice) Samich (Bennett) D-6CE with cut-away (which I just love for the reach at 12+).
Love this guitar, very nice to look at, very solid, a tuner right in front of me, and, of course, clear sound (especially with the elixer strings (!!))
(just a tiny bit muffled in de bass-range, but an very clear high-end, but I can alter that when i do plug in to compensate nicely)

Im saving for the StoneBridge CR23 (which to me (and others) is the holy grail when it comes to fingerstyle acoustic guitars). and its rather cheap compared to other guitars that (should) as good).

as I said, i dont like electrics that much, and I play this simply because there is NOTHING that can beat the beautiful and very versatile sounds of pure acoustics.
that being said, does not imply my neckhairs dont go straight up when pertucci loads up his electric harbinger of musical monsoens....

Martin hd 28 v, Les Paul custom, Gibson V, 92 Paul Reed Smith w/gulls and a Dean Del Sol.

My amp is a VOX AD30VT. I has alot of different effects and modeling you can set up with the foot pedal to go in and out of the effects with.

Guitars:
I have several guitars that I use based on what the sound/style of the song calls for. Here are my top three

#1. Michael Kelly Patriot Limited. Mohagany body and neck, spalted maple top and ebony fretboard. It has a pair of Rockfield split coil humbuckers. These guitars play like melted butter, better than any Les Paul I've ever put my hands on.

#2. My FrankenStrat. Its an early 90's Tex-Mex with most of the original guts stripped out. I replaced the bridge humbucker with a Duncan Scorcher (single coil sized humbucker) and an EMG select and replaced the bottom tone knob with a toggle to switch between them. This gives a truer single coil sound than a split humbucker. Middle is stock single. Neck is a hand (over)wound single coil thats fat as... the volume and tone knobs are push/pull for series/parallel and in/out of phase.

#3. Is a reissue of the '68 Tele Thinline with the F-hole'ed hollow chamber. It has Duncan pickups that where special designed for Tele's

Amp:
I use an old Crate Vintage Club 50 two channel head. It has 4 12AX7 tubes in the preamp section and 4 EL84's in the power section. Get everything from Bassman to Marshal-plexi out of it. This runs through a Weber power soak (so I don't blow out the windows) into EH 12" speakers.

Effects:
A Seymour Duncan TwinTube classic "tube" overdrive which I use as an extra preamp. A hand made TS808 OD pedal for solo boost. A Dunlop JimiHendrix wah. And a Boss ME50 multi-effect pedal. The ME50 is just for volume pedal, noise gate, compression, and modulation/delay. Between the lead channel, TwinTube and TS808 all layered up I really have no need for the OD/Distortion in it. I can go from clean to full saturation with just my guitars volume knob.

Guitars:
Strat copy that I built from a Saga kit. Reason, inexpensive as I'm a retired gunsimith. No money! Plays nice and sound is good.

Jay Turser JT-Hawk 12, 12 string solid body electric. I love this thing for laying down rhythm tracks. It is very inexpensive for an electric 12 but has a great action and I love the sound.

I also have a very old Conrad hollow body electric that mostly hangs on the wall these days. Beside it is a Sekova 12 string acoustic. It has a loose bridge and the top bellies out when tuned to pitch. I hope to give a try to repair it by installing a "bridge doctor" someday. If anyone has experience installing these things any advice would be appreciated. This old Sekova had a wonderful action and beautiful sound. I'd love to be able to play it again. Out in my shop hangs my first solid body electric. I scratch built it when I was about 15 (I'll soon be 58). This one is totally apart needing paint and complete restoration.

My amp is nothing fancy. It is a Kustom V lead that I bought around 1969 or maybe '70, can't remember for sure.

I use a Digitech RP 250 which I really love. I have it plugged into my PC via USB. Saves having to lean over to the floor to twist knobs to change settings. I also have a Zoom 508 digital delay that I only use for playing Native American Flutes that I make.
